  • Area 51 Archives
Ancient Alien Agenda: Aliens and UFOs from the Area 51 Archives

This piece was cut in Final Cut Pro and the titles were created in Adobe After Effects. I edited this piece for Reality Entertainment's Area 51 Archives.

    About The Movie
There is startling evidence that we were visited by intelligent beings in the ancient past. Why were they here and what was their agenda? Zecharia Sitchin is the author of the hugely successful book series “The Earth Chronicles.” Join this amazing scholar of ancient mysteries as he makes a scientific and scholarly argument for Ancient Alien visits to Earth. Sitchin was born in Russia, raised in Palestine and graduated from the University of London.

Sitchin’s theories are based on his belief that some ancient myths are not myths at all but historical and scientific texts. According to Sitchin, the ancient Sumerian clay tablets discovered in the early 1900’s reveal that gods from another planet called “Nibiru” arrived on Earth some 450,000 years ago. The ancient Sumerians knew of this planet of the gods, that Sitchin termed the “12th Planet.” Learn of a time when there were extraterrestrials among us and how they helped advance our civilization, as well as how they plan to return in the future.

  • Concrete Transit Experimental Chicago Documentary
    Concrete Transit Experimental Documentary

When I cut this documentary in Avid Media Composer, the goal was to create an uneasy feeling within the viewers as they watched my film. I wanted to show the world through a person's eyes who is suffering from "Anthropophobia". (A mental illness characterized by a general fear of people and of human contact) This documentary features no spoken dialogue. The music creates the overall haunting mood when this documentary is viewed.

Juxtaposition was a huge element when it came to editing this piece. By juxtaposing images next to one another, the viewer is free to create his or her own emotional reactions to the clips. Slow motion editing techniques were also used to aid in telling this story.

I also experimented with long cuts that seem to almost burn the creepy images into the viewers minds.
